Q: How does paying in crypto work?

Prices are in USD. At checkout you pick an asset — BTC, XMR, USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), ETH, SOL, LTC or TRX. We generate a single-use deposit address with a QR code and an exact amount. Send it, watch the page confirm on-chain, done. No card forms, no bank, no payment processor seeing your business.

Q: Do you require KYC or identity documents?

No. A reachable email address is the entire requirement — that's where credentials and renewal reminders go. Optional company name if you want it on the invoice. See the privacy policy for what we deliberately never collect.

Q: How fast is the server online after I pay?

Under a minute. Provisioning is fully automated — the moment your payment confirms on-chain, the OS image, disk layout, network and reverse DNS are laid down and root credentials land in your inbox. Backed by the SLA: online within 5 minutes, or your first month is half price.

Q: How do renewals work with crypto?

Your order page shows the term end date and an "Extend" button — pay a renewal invoice in any supported asset, anytime, for 1, 3 or 12 months (same discounts as new orders). We email reminders before expiry; after it you get a 7-day grace period online, suspension on day 8, and the machine is wiped on day 14.

Q: What's included in every server — really everything?

Permanent IPMI/KVM-over-IP with virtual media, always-on DDoS mitigation, unmetered bandwidth at the listed uplink, 1x IPv4 + a /64 IPv6 block, reverse DNS control, ECC memory, a 4-hour hardware-replacement SLA and 24/7 engineers. $0 setup on every term. There is no "managed tier" upsell — the machine is fully yours.

Q: What about refunds?

If we don't deliver within 24 hours: full refund in the asset you paid. Chronic SLA breach: credits or pro-rata refund, your pick. Once a server is delivered and in service, payments are final — fair notice, it's in the terms.
