Dedizone / Legal
Terms of Service.
Effective July 21, 2026 · Applies to every Dedizone order
01The service
Dedizone ("we", "us") rents dedicated bare-metal servers. Nothing is virtualised, shared or resold: each machine serves exactly one customer for the duration of its term. The rate card at dedizone.com is the commercial reference — prices are in USD, exclusive of VAT where applicable, and include the stated uplink, bandwidth, IPMI/KVM access, DDoS mitigation, one IPv4 address, a /64 IPv6 block and the hardware-replacement SLA described in our SLA.
02Ordering & provisioning
Orders are placed online and paid in cryptocurrency before provisioning. Provisioning is automated: servers are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation — typically under one minute. Delivery means root credentials, IPMI access and reverse-DNS control sent to the email address on the order. We may decline or refund any order at our discretion before delivery.
03Payment in cryptocurrency
- We accept cryptocurrency only (BTC, XMR, USDT, ETH, SOL, LTC, TRX at the time of writing). No card, SEPA or wire payments.
- Invoices are denominated in USD; the crypto amount quoted on the payment page is fixed for the payment window shown there.
- A payment is complete when the full quoted amount is confirmed on-chain. Partial payments keep the order open — the payment page shows the exact remainder to send to the same address.
- Network/miner fees are borne by the sender. Amounts sent after the payment window expires, to a wrong address, or in a wrong asset/network may be unrecoverable; contact us immediately and we will try to help, without guarantee.
- $0 setup fees on all terms. Quoted discounts (3-month, 12-month terms) are applied at checkout.
04Term, renewal & suspension
Service is prepaid for the term selected (1, 3 or 12 months) with no minimum commitment beyond it. You can extend anytime from your order page. When a term expires unpaid: days 1–7 — grace period, server stays online; day 8 — network suspension; day 14 — the server is wiped and the hardware returned to stock. Wiped data is not recoverable. We send renewal reminders to the order email, but keeping the term active is ultimately your responsibility.
05Refunds
Because hardware is allocated and configured per order, payments are final once the server is delivered, except: (a) we fail to deliver within 24 hours of payment — full refund; (b) a chronic breach of the SLA as defined there — service credits or pro-rata refund; (c) anything we cancel before delivery — full refund. Refunds are made in the asset originally paid, at the amount of crypto received.
06Your obligations
You must keep the order email reachable, secure your credentials (root, IPMI), and use the server in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and the law of the server's jurisdiction. You are the data controller for whatever you host; we do not access your disks in normal operation.
07Liability
The service is provided as described, without warranty beyond the SLA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss — keep backups off-server; unmetered bandwidth makes that cheap.
08Changes & termination
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice on this page; continued renewal constitutes acceptance. We may terminate for AUP breach (see AUP for process) or non-payment as described above. You may terminate anytime by letting the term lapse.
09Contact
Account and billing matters are handled from your client area. Formal legal, abuse and privacy notices reach us through the contact published in our WHOIS / RIPE registry records.
